Leigh Kline is the Founder and President of The Kline Law Firm. After graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, Leigh moved to St. Louis and began practicing bankruptcy law in 2012. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, as well as certified to practice within the Federal Court in the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois.
Leigh has extensive bankruptcy experience handling both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases and is one of the leading bankruptcy attorneys in St. Charles. He handles all related issues involving foreclosure, wage garnishment and property repossession, and also has experience in criminal, traffic and family law.

Wes began practicing law in the St. Louis / St. Charles area after being admitted to the State Bar of Missouri — as well as the Federal Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois — in 2013, after graduating from Thomas M. Cooley Law School of Western Michigan University in 2012.
Wes has filed well over 500 bankruptcy cases in Missouri and Illinois and is deeply versed in guiding clients through every step of the process. At The Kline Law Firm, he works every day to help people in our community take control of their financial future — whether through a fresh start in Chapter 7 or a managed reorganization in Chapter 13. When facing wage garnishment, repossession, foreclosure, or aggressive debt collection, Wes helps clients put a stop to it and use the bankruptcy laws that exist to protect them.
Wes has lived in the St. Louis area since 2012 after growing up in Central Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he received a degree in political science with a minor in history. He's an avid St. Louis sports fan and intends to make the city his home for life.
Andrew Stilinovic is an Associate Attorney with The Kline Law Firm. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School in 2014, he immediately began practicing bankruptcy law in the St. Louis area. Andrew has filed over 500 cases and has extensive experience in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings across the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
Every day, Andrew works to get people relief through the Bankruptcy code. He understands that navigating debt, foreclosure, repossession, and garnishments can be overwhelming, and he takes the time to explain every step so clients understand what's happening and what comes next. Client communication is his top priority — Andrew is always available to speak directly with clients about their cases.
Andrew was born and raised in St. Louis and attended DeSmet Jesuit High School. He earned degrees in both Political Science and Psychology at Truman State University. Before law school he spent a year volunteering as a teacher in Kansas City, where he discovered his passion for helping people in difficult situations. Through bankruptcy, Andrew has helped hundreds of people obtain relief from debt, save their homes, stop repossessions, and keep their utilities running.
Anna is the paralegal for The Kline Law Firm. She is the voice you hear when you call and a helpful hand when needed most. She is always happy to answer your questions. It's a common misconception that the attorney has all the answers — but a great paralegal is the meat and bones inside the operation. Anna is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and hard working, and she gets things done for our clients.
Anna graduated from Sanford Brown College in 2004 with an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been working in the legal industry for over a decade and has been with The Kline Law Firm since the doors opened.
Anna was born and raised in St. Louis and is the mother of three boys and one canine. When she's not at the firm, she enjoys homework, special projects, obedience training (for the children and the dog), cooking, cleaning, and the occasional light reading by the pool — when there's time.
